[QUOTE="Mustang5L5, post: 1582408, member: 30520"] The base of the driver's seat differs on the 99-04 Mustangs. What bolts to the floorpan is the same, but where the seat tracks bolt to the seat itself is different. It's staggered and uneven while the 94-98 seat bottom is flat. I'm looking at the auction pics and don't really see anything that looks specific to 99-04 seat but it could just be generic listing pics. I bolted a set of 99-04 seats into a foxbody using the fox body seat tracks and used washers to make up the difference. I later on swapped to the proper 99-04 power track. Here's a 99-04 seat bottom. You can see the features on the bottom. Using washers essentially lifts the seat up higher to the point that the 99-04 power track actually made the seat lower than it did with fox tracks and washers.
