1997 cobra swap to 5.0

I Have a 1997 cobra trying to put 5.0 motor it. its a red black and orange wire plug and i dont know were it goes please help also trying to bypass the ecrm and strait wire the computer on th ignitio and how do i bypass the injector pulse to the msd 8579 distributor have box to .need help.....it also a red black and orange wire plug thats runs from ecrm and i dont know were it goes .............it has has raned through the car for 1994 ....will start uploading pics tomorrow ....need help please

Your post doesn't make a lot of sense. I assume it is a pushrod 5.0 or am I mistaken?
