2004 auto shift knob cover/wrap?

My automatic shift knob is showing some wear. I don't know how to replace it..unless can just unscrew it? Is their a good cover anyone has used to dress it up?

yes it just unscrews. I am not sure I have ever seen anyone that offers a replacement wrap. There are companies that will customize billiard sized balls with what ever you want on it and there are endless options for the aftermarket.
