It is easy to do, and after the first time you will start doing it to check all manor of things. Look at the rim clay in this pic, the dish depth measurement means nothing, the rim crush is much thinner and this is where the valve will hit the piston. DO NOT HOPE OR GUESS or believe what anyone says including me.. check, check, check.
