I still haven't COMPLETELY decided on what gear I'm going with :dunno: Leaning towards 4.10's but I don't know. I think I'm gonna go search for some videos of Stangs with 4.10's so I can SEE what it's like.

Thats only 65MPH...thats SLOW!!!

...Out here in cali the "Real" Speed limit on the freeways is 80MPH.....most people in Los Angeles drive between 80-90MPH

....i usually take my car over 100MPH almost everyday so 4.10 would SUCK for me....I <3 my 3.73

accually 4.10s would be WAY too much gear for any AUTO-X or Road race track day. With 4.10s i would have to go into turns in 3rd instead of second because the RPMs would be too high in second and i would have to change gears in a turn.

your supposed to do all your gear changing and braking in a straight line

Well, I have 3:73's and I've never wanted more gear since. Just flip a coin and choose.

I had such trouble choosing that I ended up with the tweeners (3:90s) up from 3:27s. With the Bassani's they are a little annoying because the exhaust can be so loud at speed on the highway and have an extra shift at the track (1/4), but around town driving is such a kick in the pants with them makes them worth it. I plan on going with swapping out the Bassani mufflers for Borla/Steedas to correct the sound issue at hwy speeds.

I think I like the 3.73s. i would imagine 4.10s would help a little getting out of the hole...but I hate running high rpms on the highway...i just feel like my car is gulping gas like that. Im at about 2500rpms at 70 with the auto. I think with 4.10s at 70 my brother is running 2800 with his auto...so thats a big jump
