Pan, dizzy, headers. Thats your main items. If your building a motor, you have to buy an intake anyway so you can't say that there is added cost due to a "swap" intake. Your changing it out in the first place so it won't matter. What you'd replace in a 5.0 build is the same what you'd replace for a windsor swap. I have my block, heads, and potential intake sitting at the shop now. I need to call woody at ford strokers and get something going on my rotating assembly, and then get my heads flowed for ed curtis to give me suggestions on an EFI intake if I don't use my port matched vic JR intake that I have from my vic JR heads that are ported. Assembled well to match I don't see how the motor won't be capable of over 500 RWHP with an mildly aggressive cam. Super Vic intake to match it up. Just finished painting the mustang so I'm pretty much ready to either drop the hammer on the motor. Either this swap or picking up a used blower. Cars going to see alot of track time at auto X and road course so i'm a little iffy as to what I will feel will be the best option.
