i have a few ?'s about the 408 swap...nothing as far as whats needed but more of what i should do.

to start it off. i have a 408 with trickflow heads. this will be a dd street car, not a race car. im not planing to make 500 hp or run 10's just somthing to drive everyday and have a blast in. so my first ?, since im painting the car soon and money isnt tight but needs to be managed well, what radiator should i get or should the stock 5.0 radiator be suficient?...and secondly; i dont really want to run a fuel cell in the trunk and an annoying a-1000 pump. what do i need to do as far as fuel system?...im running a efi spyder intake with those specific rails. i was goin to go 42lb injectors to leave room for future, since ill stay n/a with it. i dont have a problem running bigger lines either. just woundering if a 255 in tank and or inline as well would be needed..or i would have to step up to A-1000. thank you all for you time and consideration. just trying to be certain before i get crazy with this. thank you again. any recomendations are welcome.

if you need more info...let me know

I would do a Be Cool radiator...if you're willing to go this far, spend the money on a good radiator.

IMO, 42lb injectors would probably work well and I would say a 255 would be sufficient if you're staying N/A.

i've had a fluidyne for about 5 years now and never had an issue. i also live in south georgia so i never really see freezing weather that often except for this week, it's been in the 20s at night.

what type of trans?

that plays a big role in what radiator setup you choose.

my stock fan / radiator cooled my car making 600+ in traffic and with the a/c on w/ a 5 speed. as soon as i went to a c4 setup even my becool / spal setup struggled to keep it cool

the car will be t-5 cobra trans for now.... untill i get it running and get it painted in the spring/summer. then when money permits, i will be doin a t56 swap. i was thinking about using the stock rad/fan. just wanted to get some feedback as if i would encounter problems or not. as far as the fuel pump. will a 255 do...how many others agree with that?

Use the stock stuff then, if it works great and if it doesn't you're at the same place you are now.
