4v mix & match - Head bolts - order for head or block?

I'll start with this disclaimer: I'm probably overthinking this.

Budget build otherwise ARP studs would be on order. Block is 03/04 cobra, heads are 97 cobra. Wasn't sure what Fel-Pro head bolts to order so out of my own curiousity I ordered a set of each ES71173 (listed for 03/04 cobra) and ES72798 (listed for 97 cobra). Overall lengths are the same but there are a few differences:
Head sizes are different
03/04 cobra set came with seperate washers
threaded length is longer on the set for 97 cobra

I know I'm not the first person to put B-heads on a 03/04 cobra block. What set did you guys use?

The 97 cobra had a teksid block, the 03/04 had the iron block. That being said, I would match the bolts to the block, not the heads. If you try and use the teksid bolts on the iron block, you might be losing out on the excess number of threads.

If you use the iron (block) bolts on the teksid, you may bottom them out.
