What makes more Hp, a forged 4v with 15lbs of boost or a forged, cammed and headed 2v pushing the same boost?

well the thing is, they are both going to be around the same hp na, but when you add boost they are probably going to respond differently. Im not sure how much the cobra would make at around 15lbs of boost. You would have to do some in depth research to find out which one would be the best bang.

A 98 would normally dyno at around 280-290rwhp and the my GT dyno'd at 260rwhp NA. With my V2 my 2v made an awesome 17rwhp per lb of boost. Does the math work the same for the better flowing heads on a 4v?

I guess another great quest really would be, Will a V2 hit 15lbs of boost without over spinning?

Whatever makes more power before the blower should make more power after.

Honestly, it should be about the same....but my money would be on the 2v since it should make more power with H/C than the 4v will stock and should flow better.

he's right, boost will just add more air, and therefore more fuel so long as your system can supply the fuel and air, but the way i think of it is.. your most likely never gonna stop trying for more, so in this same setup you could later on improve your h/c/i on the cobra and make even that much more.. whereas on the gt your kinda stuck on what you've got you know?

(0.5 X CID X Rpm / 1728) X VE X DR X .069 = power
(0.5 X 281 X 6100 / 1728) X .85 X (i forgot what dr is haha) X .069
anyway when i figured this out awhile ago it came out that turbos would make about 560 to the flywheel at 15# :) +1 turbos
