notice how the power drops off pretty bad? The turbo isnt supplying enuff air. Its being over worked
my calculations:
@4k and 2.36pr gives me at boost 46.6 lbs per min
@5k and 2.36 pr gives me at boost 58 lbs per min

@4k shes sitting right in the middle of the eff range, but at 5k its working hard to keep the air supply and 6k w 69lbs/min and a pr of 2.36! HA forget it! time to go bigger

u referring to the motor? or the turbo taking the motor out?
This motor owes me nothing, ive been pushing it for almost 3 years now. Im not afraid to push it, as its held up thus far.

lmao. lots of people have made well over 600 on the 3.8.

and his internals may go if they are stock. but the block won't go.

So what if it does blow? Another stock 3.8=300 bucks. All forged stuff=2000+ and add in machining for another 500 or so... You can blow alot of stock 3.8's before it's worth it.

im talking about a 3.8l displacement motor. Not just the block. I know several have done it on the 4.2l stroker motors. The internals are not stock.
