to be honest it sounds like your setup is running just fine, I read somewhere that unless you're running over 9 or 10 psi the 1500 is actually better than the larger KB, so if that's true I kinda shot myself in the foot. You're maxed out but could you really go more with these blowers? My intake temps were around 220 degrees on 9psi. seems like more than that you're better off with a different setup.
