I am replacing my 1994 convert GT 30 year old instrument light bulbs. Think I will not go with LEDs (understand they are very bright and really can't dim them?). So I am sticking with suitable incandescent replacement. Using the link to Sylvania https://www.sylvania-automotive.com/home?year=1996&qual=&model=1365&make=28, I found here in the posts it gave me two options:

1. Sylvania 161, 12v 2.66 watts
2. Sylvania 194, 14v 3.78 watts (a little brighter?)

Shouldn't I be replacing with 12v bulbs? Would I not risk blowing a fuse? Maybe I am overthinking this, ha! Thx.

I put LED in my cluster and they dim just fine. Pretty sure I got them from LMR, but it could have been Amazon or even AutoZone. The only thing with LED is you have to make sure to get them in the correct orientation. If they are put in "backwards" they won't work, just have to flip them around 180* in that case.
