Alright so I have a weird issue and I'm running out of ideas.

I have a 94 cobra that has been fully rebuilt. Has about 3000 miles on it and everything ran perfect until I let it sit for a month(40 degree weather)
It has a vortech v3 and is tuned also has msd 6a box
My car will start and then die immediately
I can get it running by feathering the gas but it runs extremely rich and rough like multiple misfires
One thing I've noticed is that when I turn the key to ON the radiator fan runs on high and the fuel pump sounds different. It has a walbro 255 so I'm able to hear it pretty well.. it used to prime for normal 3-4 seconds. Now i can here it prime(not as loud) and it doesn't stop priming. I was thinking maybe it's bad fuel pump but my fuel pressure is still good even when trying to start it and when it's running really rough.
I've checked for vacuum leaks as well and found none.
Timing is good
I'm starting to think maybe I have a bad PCM..

Parts that are new:
Spark plugs/wires
Cap rotor
Distributer
TFI module
O2 sensors
ECT sensor
CCRM
MAF sensor
Intake Air Temp sensor

Really need some help!

Hopefully it's not the computer.. that would mean I would need to get it re tuned.. it's going to a performance shop in a couple weeks so I won't know until then hopefully it's something easy I overlooked

**FIXED** Turned out to be the chip. Had to get a new chip and tune, runs like a champ again.
