96 gt wire in door not connected

Re painting the car and came across the wire near the bottom that is not connected looks like it clips onto something and my power locks don't work.. Any ideas??

oh hell that wire in the door? I know that wire.... Come over to my house tomorrow and I will look at it. I live on that road with the lines in the middle of it.
