Rotterdam, the Netherlands...

Biggest port in Europe! Biggest port in the world if it wasn't for some Chinese ports...

... but also a great place to take pictures of a Mustang. Enjoy.

True, but I don't drive it less... It's a hobby car, so it doesn't drive more than 5k miles a year (59k mls on the clock now).

does that have a michigan front plate on it?

Yes, it does. The normal Dutch plate is the big-style European plate, but since that doesn't fit I'm allowed to have these smaller plates. They are however less tall than American plates, but the same length. They fit in an American licence plate frame but have some room at the top. I got a Michigan plate to fill up the empty space: 1) because it's blue like the car, 2) because it's built in Michigan. The car is originally from Maryland though, I bought it in 2010.

ive always loved that car.

I know of a BAB 98 Cobra (stock) in France and there seems to be a 99/00 BAB in Switserland, but other than that there probably are no other BAB's in Europe. BAB was only available three years: only one year on this model (98) and two years on the new edge (99/00). I absolutely love the color.
