yea, i still wouldnt pay that...

looks to be a dealer, so they have to (at least in CO) run it through tests to avoid Lemon Law issues... that costs money and is then transfered onto the customer.

it looks to be a "back alley" dealer with "no credit required" meaning the price tag is higher than it really needs to be. Higher profit margins on cars that dont get reposessed covers the loss on cars that do. Additionally, people with "no credit" have no room to bargin, or many other locations to purchase a car from, so they are forced to pay the high price.

Plus its a cobra. most dealers dont "know" a whole lot about cars, but they know they can charge more for a "performance version" such as a cobra, sti, or srt.

you can talk them down quite a bit, especially if you bring in bricks of $100.00 bills.

hm, id def test drive it and take it to a performance shop for analysis. maybe even pay $65.00 for 3 dyno runs to check the tune...
thats alots of modification....

id spend that kind of money (maybe even talk down to 6250.00) if it were mint and the mechanic gave the green light.

The first cobra is really clean, engine and out. I wouldn't pay that amount for it because of the mileage. If it had 60 or 70k then i would probably consider it. Go to the dealership and show them the money and the price will drop. I wouldnt pay over 7 for it.
