A few weeks ago I painted the lower rear bumper finally. I masked it off, did some light sanding, a coat of primer, some adhesion promoter, and satin black paint.

Then I decided to try out the white bezels for a while and see how I like it. I took this picture today.

I'm not sure which to keep, what do you guys like better?

Black bezels look like unfinished replacement parts, IMO.

White bezels FTW

White bezels...wingless :angel4:

I've always liked that idea, but I'm not sure if my car is low enough to look right without it. Jon, yours is pretty slammed, and looks sweet wingless. I took my wing off once, but my paint is chipped underneath and I'm not sure what to put on it yet to keep it from chipping more, or what to plug the holes with temporarily.

white bezels with tinted tails was suggested to me a few times before, but I was never too excited about that idea.

I just went wingless and I found a great way to do it. Go to your hardware store, lowes, home depot, etc, and get some 5/16 plastic plugs. Go home and take your spoiler off, bore out the hole a tiny bit, and after you paint your plugs white, stick them in. Then use clear adhesive caulk on the interior of the trunk lid and you're waterproof. Try it for a few weeks and see how you like wingless, if you decide to go back just pop them out from the inside and remount your spoiler! :) FTW!
