Loosen the hold down bolt, start the car and use the timing light to set the timing on the harmonic balancer to where you desire. Best is to go to 12 degrees, drive the car and see how it works out, then go up to 14. Also remember that when advancing the timing you will increase the risk of detonation if not careful with how much you increase it. Run a little higher octane fuel as well, go to 89 or 92/93 what ever you have in your area. *You have to put the SPOUT back in, in order for the ECU to keep the new timing setting*</p></blockquote><p></p>
