Ok, so I spun a bearing in my 140k original motor. This was about a month ago, some of you saw the thread i'm sure. After a few weeks of research, I decided on the 10:1 CR Aluminator Short block. Got a killer deal on it through the great gentemen over at Tousley Ford. Ordered it last Tuesday. Friday when i got out of work, I had the car towed over to the shop. So I got a text from the shop owner last Friday afternoon: It was kinda like fate. Apparently, the car arrived just seconds before the short block. it's like they can't wait to be joined together! Then Monday, I got this: Well, today I had the day off, so i took a ride up to the shop. As always, it was very clean. I just wanted to check out the work in progress. The heads will be getting sent over to Modularheadshop - MHS They are highly recommended from damn near everyone I've spoke with. Also ordered a March Damper, hope that frees up 1 or 2 hp as well.
