I know a local guy running 1200+ hp in a single turbo sn95 that is street driven and its deep into the 9s  at around 140+mph in the 1/4 and he is running a 3.31 rear gear.  With a 3.27 you will never take full advantage of the 400ish hp your making either turbo or supercharged. Considering your numbera your probably on a stock motor and your at the limit with boost so your going to run a different gear or work on suspention.
