The 1-2 shift is firm and quick, the 3-4 and 3-O/D shifts are seamless, I almost can barely feel when it shifts during normal daily driving. Because I'm running the wide ratio gearset from the 4r70w, I don't get lock-up, so I loose a couple hundred rpm on the freeway. Not a big deal and I haven't noticed any significant loss in MPG.Normal daily driving is different, it seems a tad on the sluggish side under light throttle, but more aggressive/spirited driving is MUCH more responsive. It seems like the power comes on quicker than with the stock setup. There's no more waiting 5 minutes for the car to downshift before you can pass someone, the downshift is instant and the power is there right away.You will definitely notice the difference, I'd compare it to how a car feels after you install gears.Hope that helps...</blockquote>
