Anyone know how much it costs to replace airbags in a 98

I slid my car into a median and its in the shop now but the airbags came out and im was wondering if anyone knew how much it costs to replace them on both the drivers and passengers side. Also i learned not to dry and drift into a neighboorhood going 55mph at night on fourth of July haha

check on ebay and craiglist.

ive seen airbags going from $120 for both to almost $600.

oh awsome i just found a set going for 300, does anyone around how much it costs for labor to install them or if its a posible " do it yourself" project which i love more than anything.

im sure you can do it yourself, but you will still have to go to a ford dealer to reset the code, if im not mistaken.

They're readily available on eBay. It's pretty easy to remove and install them. For example, the driver side bag is held in by two 5/16" bolts, with one electrical connection. Super easy.
