I have one. I'm installing it right now. Got the turbo manifolds on and crossover pipe on. I mounted the turbo and now I'm going to do the cold side piping. I'll get some pics up asap. I removed my abs, and my overflow tank. I also removed my ac compressor (I removed the rest of my a/c before anyhow). The turbo manifolds are kind of a tight fight but they did fit. I had to remove my radiator hose to get the drivers side manifold to fit, so I'll have to reroute the hose a little.

All the parts in the kit are pretty great quality aside from the turbo and gaskets. for 1200 bucks I'm not going to complain.

Yeah. I got the kit about two months ago. And have had it on my car for about three weeks. Im not sure who makes their turbo or where they get their gaskets from but it was worth the $1200 just for the piping and everything else in my opinion. Kit work great on my car so far. It a hell of a lot of fun to drive.

I've heard good things about them on multiple different forum boards. It just seems that all these good things are coming from new to little know members with no past history on the boards other than boost brothers promoting. Kinda fishy but I don't care. I will be getting a kit off a guy here local for 700 bucks. If it all goes good i'll let you guys know.

I am new to this forum. but I have been a member on another forum for quite some time. just never knew this one existed. I am in no way associated with the boost brothers company. I like their kit so far besides the install guide. I know the basics of how turbo systems work and their install guide was no help to me at all. I figured everything through much frustration though and am currently in the process of writing my own install guide and am going to make it available for anyone that wants it.

And $700 for this kit is a steal!!! I paid $1200 for mine and i think i got a hella good deal

Just remember...you get what you pay for.

After talking to B&G, and turbo technology...the kit is what you paid for. The metal will rust a lot faster than other kits and the turbo is a chinese POS as well as the intercooler. By the time you get done replacing the turbo,

You could have had a B&G kit.

I'm not an expert on metals, but why will the metal rust faster? By faster do you mean it's gonna be rusted in a year? The intercooler may be cheap but I've seen it on cars that are running quite a bit of boost. What makes the intercooler not good? The turbo is definitely no garret but that can be upgraded later. If this kit lasts me 3 years, I will be making enough money to buy another or fab my own by then. I'm not arguing your point. I'm just trying to get more details and learn.

I didn't wrap my headers because I've read a lot of articles that wrap will make your headers rust faster, plus it's just going to make the turbo hotter. So instead I'm wrapping the stuff around my headers. e.g. brake lines, electrical lines etc.

do you have most of your install guide done? I'd like to take a look. I'm about to mount my intercooler. I have my hotside piping mounted. I had to relocate a few things but I think the intercooler is ready to go in now.

Nah..im not saying the metal will rust in a year at all.

What I am saying is the metal will rust faster than the quality of the others..

Quality over quantity homey.

The turbo however...that is not gonna last long. Chinese turbos are not good.
