1. Does anyone have one in their car, which I would assume would be a yes,...
2. How hard is it to hook these up?
3. Is it better to just buy one new from summit for $50, rather than risk a used one off ebay?

This looks like a thread to follow. I have a brand new one that was given to me that I have yet to install myself.

From what I have heard the only way to go with A/F ratio gauges is the true ones with the wideband for accurate readings. Im sure more will chime in, I really dont know how well the standard type work.

yah those cheap autometer ones are good for an idea of what your a/f is but if you really want to know and keep an eye on it/use it for tuning then buy a wideband even though they are a few hundred bucks

Lucky, I'm saving up for one, or maybe a b-day present from the parents?

Ok, bought the a/f gauge off ebay for $44 and a trans temp from summit for $52, will throw them in as soon as my dad mails me that gauge pod I forgot down in Jersey. Where do you wire in the a/f? Pics?

Ok, I figured out how to wire it, spliced it into the wire at the ecu, had it rigged up to verify that it works and it does. Looks great too, even though its mostly a light show. My summit trans temp gauge came in too, that thing is going to be easy as pie to wire in. Ordered my speedcal (thank you tax returns) so maybe now I can not worry about passing a cop and not knowing my speed, although it is fun doing "110" mph while driving with traffic on the highway.

You cant really see it when it goes into the rich zone. This is at idle too btw. Works better while driving.
