It's a new Gates belt and only squeaks when it's cold out and goes away when warm. I am almost 100% sure this is due to the fact that the belt expands a little when warm. I am running the stock belt length of I think 105 inches. I think it GATES Part # K061045 to be exact. Any way. I am going to throw on a new tensioner pulley as the belt rides out to the outside edge no matter how many times I re center it and at 187k miles I am sure it needs replaced and may put a washer behind it if need as that has worked on past vehicles. All the pulleys are in great shape and have all been checked. I need to double check the tensioner and see if there is a wear indicator like most cars to know when to change it.Bottom line, with UPR smog delete pulley and UPR under drive pulleys, what part number belt will get me about a 1/2 inch longer ? I think mine is techincally 105.51 right now.and I am guessing I need a 106" belt? ugh. Anyone?</blockquote>
