Illinois did away with smogging cars older than 1995 years ago. Now all the older mustang people can run o/r pipes without ever having to switch or worry about emission testing. I would be SCARED to run an o/r pipe in Cali and Canada. Both of those places are crazy on emissions! In canada you have emission cops i heard that check out cars while driving to make sure everything is okay. One mustang guy on another forum got pulled over with his O/R H and slp lm1's and now has a Catted H and slp lm1s.Crazy.
