best power mods?

i recently got a 98 gt that is all stock except for looks. Im looking to get a lil more power out of it. So whats the best way to do this? Im thinking most likely a tune??what else?

Intake and exhaust will help ya out. A nice gear will really wake it up the most. Pulleys are a waste. A tune would be very helpful especially after a couple of mods on top of it. A PI swap will yield awesome gains for the money. Its a little bump in compression with better heads, cams and intake from a 99+. If your in the market for an intake I and a great used C&L from my 96. Already tapped the boss in it for nitrous.

I agree with what BobT said,
it depending on your budget, here's my recommendations that get more expensive as they go up!


Gears, do gears first, 410's if your staying NA, 373 if your adding NOS or boost.

PI intake swap and or tune -- around 30 HP

Nitrous -- about 100 HP on the Juice.

PI Headswap -- around 80 HP

Blower -- around 130 HP, and get's better if you have heads/intake to go with it.


The rest is just fluf, except exhaust, because we just love the sound!
