my grandfather passed away about a year ago and went to his house recently to look around and found his old f350. when i popped the hood i found a big block 460!! cant find the title and my dad says i shouldnt try to get another one to much trouble so i mite put it in my 94 gt. would it be worth the trouble? i kno its torque motor and its fuel injected. would it make for a good dragster that i drive to the strip throw some spray on it and drive it home

If you built it, it might be worth it.

But thats lotsa money. I don't think it'd be worth the hassle but it'd def be something neat.

yea i heard big block can handle more than a small block and not blow. i mite put a turbo or supercharger on it one day. this isnt funa be a quick project by any means but i just relized how much value my car has lost since i got it so it just guna be a play toy lol and i heard they make kits to just drop in the 460 without any mods

im willing to bet some one makes a k member to fit the 460.... i wouldnt think it would be that hard to put in... the external dimensions of a 4.6 are bigger then that of a 460... so yes it will fit... also, alot of people have put 460s in foxes, id check around for a build journal.

Im pretty sure a 460 swap has been covered before. You can search in the 94/95 section, probably get some useful stuff there.
