They just pop on. No screws or anything. They just dont fit right at all though. One side will sit nice and flush and the driver side will have a nice gap in it between the shifter bezel and ring. If it wasnt free from the raffle I won I would complain.

I bought one on eBay for like $35.00. Fit good. It screws on. Comes with the drill bit and driver.
