I put stingers in my 2000 mustang gt. Of course it will sound different on your cobra, but it will sound sick! I love mine, and they have a million mile warranty! Install was pretty easy, hardest thing was gettin those stock pipes off. Then again my dad insisted we removed them without cutting them in half while on jack stands and not a lift. Jack it up real high on the differential, take off your driveshaft and upper control arms, then unbolt your stock exhaust. Have someone help you twist your stock exhaust out or just cut it right after the muffler. It will be MUCH easier cutting it, but if you don't cut it, then you can sell them and make up a little cash. Once it's out, you're gonna have to work those little humps over your axles, then tighten down the flanges, not all the way, but just enough so they won't move around too much on you. Get the end of your exhaust, the tips, fit them in place. Again, do not tighten them down, just finger thread them enough to where they won't sag down and move around. Also be sure, as you go along grease up your exhaust hangers and slide them in. The stock ones were hard to get out so you may need to grease it up a little to help. Look at the back of your car and make sure the alignment is where you want if. If it isn't move it around, this is why you left the bolts loose! If it's where you want it, tighten down your bolts, but be sure not to overtighten it. Now make sure there is no rubbing, especially in the differential!! Now start your car, and make sure there are no leaks, then enjoy the bad ass sound of stingers! Since your car is a cobra and mine is a gt, there will be a few differences I'm sure, but it will be very similiar!

I have stingers on my '96 cobra, but I have an '03 IRS. If you want a soundclip, I can post my yourtube video's. As far as fitment is concerned, the 99-04 catbacks will fit your SN95 just fine. The rearmost hangers are different, but I don't even use those on my IRS catback.
