bought some SVO side skirts

hey guys, i bought Pauls SVO side skirts off of him and was curious if you guys knew what tips were used with the Borla side exit exhaust systems. I know they dont make it anymore but does anyone know where I can get them. Borla has them for like 188 bucks A PIECE but i dont want to pay that much. Does anyone know of a tip that looks like them or know anywhere I can get them cheap?

or you could go to advance auto parts, napa, oreilly's, OR wal-mart, yes walmart. they have a bunch of tips and while it wont be name brand, you could prolly find just the right size one to use in your app. nobody has to know either, they will only know it came off the shelf if u tell em

The whole kit from Ford was pricey - something like $6-800 if I remember right.

IMO, those borla intercooled tip look like Crap....they are ugly.

Go to the best Muffler shop in town, i beat they have a huge selection of stuff they can use.

The dude with the 95 Rio Red Cobra with side exit exhaust on here had it custom done and it look sexy

I went the custom route on my 1st setup! They came out OK, but not near like they now make. I saw a set @ my exhaust guys that I really liked! I'll go ask him about them! I think they are not over $75 for the pair. I'll get exacts on them.

On his wall he has a huge poster of tips. Every style/shape you can think of. It says the companies name is Different Trend. He says the are in Dallas, TX. I tried finding them online, and am coming up with nothing! I did a search for tips. I got onto a Alligator Performance, I think. It was for diesel trucks though! I am going back up there to get more info. I will try to get you a phone #.

He was gone and I was supposed to try later. I forgot to go back & talk to him! I will tomorrow!!

Yeah, the ones I found kind of fell through. They had 2 outlets. It says 4" double walled. We, exhaust guy and me, figured that was both equaled 4". He called and they are both 4"! That was just look stupid!! The place were I saw the poster from is just for businesses. I normal guy cannot call. Just look @ your exhaust shops. I'm sure they will have something!
This is the company I used to make mine. They have some tips already made, I think.

=/ sry paul! that car was amazinggggggggggg looking. i would drive that thing anyday. maybe you should get you another vert and redo it?

my body guy is starting on them today he said. they are getting re-fiberglassed and sanded and painted and all sorts of stuff and I think he is going to fix those mounting points Paul. so they should be good as new! i appreciate everything btw.

and you guys want to hear the new exhaust just as bad as me.. i am not doing my long tubes this weekend, hopefully next! thats when i will go find a muffler shop.
