Want To Buy Breather hose

Guys I’m looking for the plastic breather hose that goes from the drivers side valve cover to the intake tube. Ford still makes them but only for the 01+ Romeo motor. The Windsor motor had the port pointing straight up, whereas, the romeo has it at about a 45* angle so the tube itself isn’t the same. Any have one or can get one from a u pull?

I just used a 5/8" vacuum/ heater hose long enough to run to the air tube. Tucked it where needed. About 3" longer than needed, to reduce and bends.
