breathing noise at stops

Ok so my 95 is making kind of like a breathing sound( air wooshing) when its not moving and when ill accelerate it will go REALLY slow i have to wait for the rpms to reach 2k and then let go of the gas and press it again then it will run faster. I tried cleaning the maf and also cleaning the throttle body. After i cleaned the tb it started working properly then again came the same problem so i repeated the process it worked again for about 2 weeks then same problem again. My 95 has a CAI i read somewhere that cai's on 95s can cause issues but it goes away at certain position so im not sure if its the tb or the position of the maf because of the cai or what. Any ideas or any one have this issue before please help me.

The breathing noise might be a vacuum leak.
Did you replace the PCV vlv also? And the screen under it?

sure your just not breathing heavy? Try holding your breath just to be sure.

Haha yea im sure im not just breathing heavy. And no i didn't replace the PCV valve, ill make sure to replace it and come back and let you guys know what the results are

Any idle surges along with it or abnormally long hanging idle?
