My wife left one of her C.D.'s in my C.D. player and now it is stuck. I think it may have warped inside the C.D. player from the heat. Any idea's on how to get it out. I can here the C.D. player trying to eject it but no dice.

Any Idea's?

Sawzall . . . :boink:

Actually, if you have a jeweler's screwdriver, try moving the leading edge of the CD while you push the button. That usually works.

that used to happen all the time with my stock unit in the 95 im afraid there is no easy way to get it out, wait till it cools off outside and try again, i just resorted punching the shit out of it driving down the road and after numerous hits, some cuts it eventually came out makes me mad just thinking about that damn cd player. i remember christmas day i got a new cd player and i ripped the stock one out and proceeded to hurl it up and down my street. i called it physicall theorphey (sp?)

I will give them all a try, accept playing football with my C.D. player. I would try the sawzall but I don't have one. Do you think a chain saw will do the trick?

Well, I hit the eject button and it came out this morning. It was nice and cool last night, don't know if that had anything to do with it, but it is out. Thanks for the suggestions.

I was reeally looking forward to useing the chainsaw on the dash. Maybe next time.

For future reference, You can usually use a credit card to help get the leading edge of the disc out. This only works if you can hear the disc trying to eject.
