Message: <blockquote data-quote="modo" data-source="post: 894326" data-attributes="member: 11716">what c4 are you working with? pan fill or case fill? 157 tooth or 164 tooth?157 is tiny and will clear just about everything. b/m use to sell a shifter gate kit so you could use the stock shifter with a c4, even a reverse manual valve body one etc. i don't know if it is still available or not though. what you can do is something like i did back when i had a c4 and a power glide. i made a plate to mount the shifter below the trans tunnel then used a quarter stick shifter though the stock shift boot. car at a quick glance still looked like a 5 speed. i will post some pictures later on tonight as im not home and i dont have access to the pictures.</blockquote>
