cam swap- need some imput!!

hey guys im finally geting around to putting my cam in my car but i have a question.

which spring and locks and blah blah blah would you go with?
or is their some kinda kit you can buy that has all new lifters and all.

factory ported e7's are the heads. i know most people say not to cam factory heads but i have a goal of running 12's in this car...

call summit or jegs and tell them what cam (as well as other components) you are running and they will set you up with the right springs for that cam

bump.. any help would be awsome. but i think im gonna go with the stg 1 spring and lock kit from trick flow.. for 130.00

Do you already have the cam? 12's a doable with a stock cam.

yea i have the tfs stage 1 cam. and ordered the tfs stage one springs and locks.. comp cam lifters should be a good swap..

The tfs spring kit is the best bang for the buck out there, hands down. You get everything you need and the retainers are chromemoly.

Your stock lifter should be fine, shouldn't have to replace them.
