Message: <blockquote data-quote="g36 monkey" data-source="post: 923942" data-attributes="member: 10997">Pull the trans, make sure you have the right bellhousing.Make sure it's got fluid in it.  The synchro's may be bad, take it somewhere to get it rebuilt, unless you want to take on the transmission yourself.I got mine rebuilt and beefed up for around $500.  when you put it back together make sure to put in ford pilot and throwout bearings.  also a good time to check out the clutch fork.I wish I would have paid attention to that when i was doing the motor, now I'm having to pull the trans again because the clutch  fork went bad.</blockquote>
