I have a 96 gt throwing a p1443 code. I checked the connector the other night and it had voltage. Ran down to Autozone and got a new one and for two days no code. On my way to the smog station today the frickin thing came on again. This time I have no voltage at the connector. Checked the solenoid and it is working. So I believe the problem is the pcm or ccrm. How can I narrow it down? Thank you

Its not the pcm or ccrm, I got that stupid code years ago! You know what it was, that stupid sensor/valve that connects to purge selonoid apparently it goes bad. I replaced it never got that code again. When Nick Mckinney was on the board, he said that was a common problem with the modular sn95's when he worked for Ford. I'll give you the part number now, this old part has been sitting in my room for 5+ years. F57Z-14A606-BA

You will thank me later.
