Message: <blockquote data-quote="punksable" data-source="post: 473501" data-attributes="member: 9293">i just got my gt40 cast iron heads back from the shop and they are all cleaned up and ready to go, i got them off a low mile explorer around 40,000 miles on them, only thing i had the machine shop do was clean them up and check them to see if they were ok.i was going to go with a e cam when i put the heads on and crane pedestal 1.7's. right now my current set up is, cobra intake, pulleys, 76 mm c&l, 1 5/8" shorties, msd ignition, 1" spacer, 65mm tbody, h pipes, flowmasters, 355 gear, aode to 5 speed conversion, (best move i ever made!)my last trip to the track was a 14.1 at 99 mph, how much more should i pick up with the cam, heads, and rockers?is there anything i should know of before puting on the gt40 cast iron heads, i like to do things right the first time.</blockquote>
