Check engine code 454

hello!
I have 94 mustangGT in Japan.

I tried KOER test and I'm getting a code 454.
Any know what is causing this?

that looks like one of the dealer codes.
there are some codes that only a dealer would know or how to remove.
have not seen a code like that in a long time.

i would run that test again

if it pops up again then clear codes start up and see if it comes back
if it dose hard fault

Sorry I made a mistake.
I Checked again getting code 564.

check all grounds by the battery and check all connections on the plugs
also check fan wires and connections
