Thinking about buying one but I was wondering dose the one s that are in there come off and who sells a good one

The plastic that is down there is to redirect air to the radiator and don't need to come off. I have the one from AM and am pretty happy with it.

I have the amer muscle one, left the OEM small spoilers in but cut the ends so they aren't seen from the side view

I got mine off american muscle as well but it was on sale for $65.00
I'd recommend getting it off lmr if you want the best price.

On late model retro they only have from 99 and up?
yeah its the same for all a few years ago i went to ford racing and bought one before they were real popular,and I got the oem mach1 spoiler.
it was pretty stiff and more of a flat or satin black , now i have the american muscle one and its more flexible and glossy

I'm missing that...i've search for hours can i please see a pic of the radiaor air deflector so i know where it mounts to?

They attach to the bottom of the bumper cover itself. I don't have pics but if you look under your car and don't have them you'll see a round pattern of rivets where they should be

Ok I just got my chin spoiler how do you guys straight it out when it comes out of the box
