chrome valve covers

im looking for bbk chrome valve covers for a 4.6 but american muscle doesnt have them and neither does jegs...DISCONTINUED...anyone know where else i can check? :BangHead:

I would stay away from BBK valve covers. I've seen a lot of people complain about them leaking. You might wanna consider looking into Team Breed Valve Covers. I had them on my 98 GT and they looked great.

Granatelli had machined-from-solid billet aluminum SOHC and DOHC 4.6 valve covers at SEMA. They were pretty cool. I can't imagine how expensive they are though.

moroso makes some but I heard the gasket design of the moroso's and bbk's is a little off so I just said eh ill keep oe for now

they gasket design is a little "off" with the bbks. they seal fine, they arent too bad to install, they are cheep to purchase...

im sure any other design would have been a little bit more costly, so these are work. but you are right, they leave something to be desired.
