The other day on my parts car it had headlights in better shape then mine so I switched them but before I did I cleaned them up here they are.
Ill have to get a pic of them on the car, but I still need to adjust them. One is mad high and the other low. Its kind of a pain in the but to adjust the headlights

A while after I replaced my yellowed factory headlights with some Cobra replacements, I got bored and went after one of them with some of the RainX headlight restore polish. I was officially amazed at the difference 15 minutes of screwing around with just the polish made...

I left the other one yellowed to compare, and we now use them at my store as a "selling tool" to show people that the headlight restore stuff really does work. It helps a lot to be able to show people a REAL before/after instead of the obviously fake one corporate sends out for us to have on display...

It's kind of amusing when people recognize them as Mustang headlights and offer to buy them from me...

you can even take a light haze off of the lense with toothpaste, it is a buffing compound after all.

Really it works, go try it, whats the worst that could happen?

We just use a piece of high grit sand paper, wet sand, then buff with a normal paint compound and its free, we have teh supplies sitting around so it works out :)
