hello to ALL..... I have a set of cobra 2003 rims for my 95. Havent been cleaned in awhile as it has been in the shop with more mods done. Whats the best thing to clean polished wheels.....been told there different from chrome rims. Tried using this mother paste in a small can but it doesnt work...doesnt clean and leaves like a haise.......only did a small spot so......any suggestions?...THANKS :rockyou: :hitit:
Autosol is your answer. Comes in a tube like toothpaste. I had some polished rims before and this stuff worked like a charm. Only problem is that you just need some elbow grease. 8)
Yeah I was going to suggest autosol it works good, I have tried so many when I had polished wheels and they all sucked. Another that ppl on here seem to swear by is Flitz, I have seen pics and that stuff looks like it works as good or better then autosol but I have never tried it personally. That mothers, eagle 1 etc all suck they work alright but not great.
FLITZ IT!!! go ahead and spring for the 2lb can on Ebay ($29.99)... you'll be glad you did :thumb: Matt, is that how they say it in the commercials you love so much?? :hammer:
