how about a drivetrain swap?

find a 99-01 Cobra 4v engine and 5 speed trans and do a swap?

or find a 03-04 cobra drivetrain ?

would u happen to know what i would need to do in order to do the swap....would it be the same as just swapping a regular 2v motor.....

The better and straightforward way is to basically think of the drivetrain swap as if your just Re&Re motor and trans...
YES You CAN re use your exsiting harness and computer!!! however, you will require a tune to compensate for the "new" motor....much easier on the wallet then dishing out the hay to swap harnesses etc...

Fuel system wise, just reuse the existing lines etc, but of course change the rails to the ones the new motor will accept and just upgrade the fuel pump....

If you need more indepth answers to your questions, just let me know.. I should be able to answer them.. since Ive researched doing such a swap (4v motor swap) into a 96-98 car....cuz I had planned on going this route at one point...
