Code 556 and 176

Hi, I've got a 1995 gt and recently it started having what I think is a misfire type thing above 3000rpm. The car is also hard to start hot or cold but if I let the fuel pump prime after turning to key on for 10 seconds or so, it'll crank up normal. Theres no KOEO codes and the stored codes are 176 and 556 for lean on left bank o2 and fuel pump circuit respectively. What should I look into for trouble shooting and what would you recommend? The car does the same thing free revving in neutral as well.

556 fuel pump primary circuit failure.
Check your wiring.
Id throw strait 12v at the pump see if it changes.

I'm going over to my buddies to check fuel pressure and other basic stuff. Do you have anything other steps you'd recommend for the different outcomes of testing the voltage to the pump and the pressure at the rail?
