codes 172,173 at the same time

I have a 94 gt 5.0 5speed, smogs been gone, egr been blocked off, and no cats for over three years, getting a cel after warm up and sometimes sluggish throttle, koeo, koer codes I get are 172 and 173 that shows running rich and running lean on right bank, im thinking o2 sensor they are original with 146,000 miles

Change the sensor to the other side, reset the computer and see is the code transfers to the other side.
You're overdue for sensors either way. But at least you'll know for sure if it is the sensor.

Good idea I'll give that a try thank you if it shows up on the left ill just replace both and keep the good one for a just in caser

yup, new sensor solved my problem so I did both and have the left one which was working yet as a spare
