ok, so i have a 138k 1998 GT.
its started to puff a little white cloud when you accelerate from a stop. just for a second, and not enough to see in the mirrors.
also, it chatters a little under a heavy load, but only when warm, if the car isnt to operating temp. it wont make a sound, but as soon as it gets warm it will chatter in O/D (forgot, yeah its an auto) if you give it throttle, but not enough to downshift, it chatters like a champ when warm.
i cant make it chatter when warm and idling like in the driveway giving it throttle, has to be under a decent load. but other than that, it runs like a champ, never had a problem with it, and it doesnt use enough oil between changes to notice.
either way, heres some pics, any and all help / input is appreciated.
Compression Results
spark plug from different angles.
also, all 8 plugs look just like this one. dark at the base, and a little grey/white on the strap. no wet oil on the "in cylinder" part of the plug, but on the lip of the threads, there is a little bit of residual oil.
maybe you guys can help me, im tired of the chatter, and want to run my car, it hasnt seen more than 3k RPM in a few months becasue of this.
