Coolant gauge

On my way my coolant gauge pegged all the way to the right. Wqy past the face I guess it’s wiped ? Please let me know Ty

Sounds like it’s toast. And now the obvious question: was it overheating, blowing steam, top radiator hose hot/bottom hose cold…or any of the usual telltale signs?

Alls good. Heater blowing hot too. Needle pegged all the way to the right

Unplug its connector, should go all the way cold. Then, short a wire from the connector to bare metal ground, should go all the way hot again. That'll be a proof-positive test implicating a bad sensor.
