i haven't painted those particular things but i have painted a lot of plastic stuff similar with success. go get some Krylon Fusion flat black. it's a plastic adhesive spray paint. works wonders. otherwise, check out mother's back to black. it works for a little bit but doesn't cure the problem.

if they are sun damaged no silicone based product is a permanent fix. use what ryan said. a plastic paint with bonding agents in it. like the krylon fusion. good stuff!!

just whatever ya do if you paint it be sure to scrub it with a good cleaner if you have been using silicone products on it.

krylon for plastic is best, although some are jumping on the plasti-dip craze with these parts also. If you clean the pieces really well, and then let them bake in the sun for a bit BEFORE you spray them, it will really help the paint stick, and usually comes out very nice. Also, I think the krylon comes in flat, semi-gloss, and gloss now, so you have some options

lets put it this way. i painted my taillights bezels with the flat black and it came out almost dead on with the shine of my stock slightly faded black paint. stick with the flat.
